The service
Permit Wire provides oil and gas permit intelligence for Texas and New Mexico, based on public state filings. The daily product today is email; this website is the public front door. It is an information product. It is not legal, land, title, or engineering advice. You remain responsible for how you use the information.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You may create an account with Google. You must have the right to use that Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, scraping beyond ordinary use, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Data
Public permit data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong at the source. We do not warrant that filings, operators, or locations are error-free. How we handle personal data, including Google account data, is in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, resell raw access without a written agreement, or use the product for unlawful activity.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Permit Wire is not liable for lost profits, land deals, or drilling decisions made using the product.
